Anxiety
Practical tools and a steady space to quiet the noise and feel more in control.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor · FL License MH 26576
I'm Clarisa Roye, M.S., LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), offering virtual therapy for teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, and life's big transitions.
I also conduct psychological evaluations under the supervision of Dr. Taborga, held in person or online, depending on the type of evaluation.
About Clarisa
I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or self-esteem struggles — as well as clients moving through life transitions: starting college, changing careers, relocating, or stepping into a new chapter.
Many of my clients are figuring out who they are while juggling family, school, or early-career pressure. I also work well with clients navigating relationships who want a collaborative, non-judgmental space to think things through and problem-solve.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded — therapy should feel like a space you actually want to show up to.
Outside the therapy room, I'm usually working out, cooking a recipe I saw on social media, spending time with friends and family, or unapologetically binging a TV show.
Master's in Clinical Psychology; currently completing a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD). Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and raised in South Florida, I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who brings lived cultural understanding to work with Hispanic/Latinx clients navigating identity, family, or immigration-related dynamics.
Sessions held entirely via telehealth on Alma, Headway, or Grow Therapy, whichever fits your coverage best.
What I Help With
Every session is tailored to you — here's what I most often support clients through.
Practical tools and a steady space to quiet the noise and feel more in control.
Support for the heavy days, building momentum back toward things that matter to you.
Strategies that work with your brain, not against it — for school, work, and daily life.
Untangling the inner critic and building a steadier sense of who you are.
College, career changes, moves, new chapters: support for the in-between.
A collaborative, non-judgmental space to think things through and problem-solve.
Testing and evaluations conducted under the supervision of Dr. Taborga, including ADHD, gifted, and immigration evaluations.
I'm in-network with several insurance plans through these platforms — which one we use depends on your specific coverage. I'll walk you through it on our consult call.
Getting Started
Our first session together is really just about getting to know each other — no pressure to have it all figured out. You'll share what's brought you in and what you're hoping for, and if you're not totally sure yet, that's okay; a lot of people show up that way. I see us as a team: you're the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you find clarity and feel confident in your next steps. All I ask is that you come willing to try, and that you don't compare your process to anyone else's — we'll figure out the rest together.

Insurance & reimbursement
This service is out-of-network with insurance. Payment is collected at each session, and you're given an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Ask your insurer: "How much does my plan reimburse for out-of-network mental health providers?" — that's the amount you'll receive back per visit.
Standard fee
Assessment
$250 / hr
Rates can often be adjusted to meet a client's financial needs — ask about this when you reach out.
Common Questions
I'll reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone call. We'll go over what brings you in, answer any questions, and confirm your insurance or self-pay rate before booking a first session.
We'll figure this out together on the consult call, depending on your specific plan and which platform offers the best coverage for it.
For therapy, I work with preteens, teens, and adults. For psychological evaluations, I work across the lifespan, starting at age 4.
That's okay — mention what's going on when you request your consult, and we'll figure out together which fits what you need.
Get in Touch
Send a short message with your insurance (or let me know you'd like the self-pay rate) and a good time to reach you. I'll call to answer questions and, if it feels right, point you to the platform that works best for your coverage.
